How a Commercial Photoshoot Works
01Consultation
If you would like to share some details about your project, please contact us via our contact form. We’ll send you a Briefing Questionnaire to better understand your needs.
02Proposal
Within a few hours you will receive a quote and proposal with details about the project, including the cost of the photoshoot, deliverables, terms and deadlines, so we can determine if we are a good match. Once you approve the proposal, we will send you an invoice and you will sign the contract. 50% of the payment is required to reserve the day and time and to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due the day after the shoot.
03Preparation & Planning
Once the agreement is in place, we’ll start planning the shoot. You get exclusive access to the Client Portal, so you can collaborate with us on creative ideas, specific shots, the day and time of the shoot, and the location.

04Time to shoot!
The day of the photoshoot is all about bringing our plan to life. We’ll arrive at the agreed location with our professional equipment, ready to capture images that reflect your vision. Throughout the shoot, we’ll provide direction, adjust lighting and make sure we get the perfect shots.
05Private Gallery
Within 5 days after the shoot, you can choose your favourite photos from a private gallery. The photo proofs appear with watermarks. In line with your deliverables agreement, you can select a certain number of photos, and additional photos can be purchased if you wish.
06Retouching & Delivery
The final digital photographs are retouched within 12–16 days and sent by email in high resolution, in colour. Now it’s time to use your new content on your website, social media, marketing and more!

Commercial Photography FAQs
Can you recommend a professional make-up artist and hairstylist?
Yes, without a doubt! Once I receive your booking payment, I will send you my exclusive booklet with the best make-up artists and hairstylists in the Netherlands. Many of them I have worked with in the past, and I trust them to create the right look for your campaign. Based on your final outfit selection, they help you choose colours and styles.
Can you recommend professional models?
Yes. We work with professional models and influencers, and we share our Models & Influencers Booklet with you, so you can choose the right faces for your brand.
What are the fees for additional shooting hours?
Additional shooting time is 80€ for each additional 30 minutes and 160€ for each additional hour (excl. VAT).
Do you shoot on weekends or public holidays?
We normally do not shoot on public holidays, but there may be some exceptions. Weekends are our days off, so we can keep a good work-life balance and give our best on every shoot. Occasionally we are happy to accommodate clients who cannot make it during the week, such as for events, commercial shoots or private clients. We are available on Saturday or Sunday when it works best for you. We recommend shooting early in the morning, because some locations get busier later. A weekend fee is added to your quote when you choose a Saturday or Sunday.
How much do additional retouched photos cost?
In the quote we prepare for your project, we include the price per photo. In general, the price depends on the nature of the project, the size of the brand, the intended use of the photos and the level of professional retouching required.
Do you offer a rush service?
Yes. On top of the photoshoot price, the 3-working-day turnaround costs 260€ (excl. VAT). Let us know in advance if you need the rush service, so we can confirm our schedule allows it.
Is there a travel fee?
Extra fees may apply outside Amsterdam, Utrecht and Hilversum. Outside the Netherlands, travel costs are agreed per project.
