- Tell us about your product/s: what product is it, the size, colors, benefits…
- What photos you would like us to take? White/ color background photos? Lifestyle? Still Life? A mix of both?
- Do you need models? If yes we will send you our Female and Male Models Booklet.
- Do you need a make-up artist and hairstylist?
- Please let us know if you have any specific briefing in mind. Feel free to send us inspiration images that you like as well!
- We will let you know our availability and if we are the best for shoot your product/s.
If you approve our campaign quote we will go further:
- We will send you a contract and invoice. A full payment must be done to lock a day and time for the shoot and start the project.
- You will send the products to our location in Hilversum. You can also bring the product to us in person.
- After the booking is made and your feedback is given our team will do a research and make a moodboard with inspirational photos that we can create for your campaign. Our locations, studios and models PDF´s will be send over to you and you will do your selection. We can also help you out with the best options for your campaign. After arranging all of that we will send you the styling for the model/s options and the final day and time of the photoshoot will be decided.
- It’s time to shoot! This part in the process tends to be unique with each project and client. We like to keep the content fresh and highly engaging.
- Retouching is critical to the success of your photo or video campaign. You’ll select your favourite photos that will be sent with our logo and in small size. After the retouching is made the photos selected will be delivered at the highest quality without any logo. It’s possible to buy extra photos if needed.
- Within 10-20 days you will receive a private link to download your photos with the highest quality. You will provide us your feedback and final evaluation.
