What to expect
BEFORE THE SHOOT
1. Consultation
If you would like to provide us with some details about the project, please contact us via our contact form. We'll send you a Briefing Questionnaire to better understand your needs.
2. Proposal
Within a few hours you will receive a quote and proposal with details about the project, including the cost of the photoshoot, deliverables, terms, and deadlines, so we can determine if we are a good match.
Once you approve the proposal, we will send you an invoice and you will sign the contract. 50% of the payment is required to reserve the day and time and to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due the day after the shoot.
3. Preparation & Planning
Once the agreement is in place, we'll start planning the shoot. We'll provide you with exclusive access to the Client Portal so you can collaborate in a fun way with us on creative ideas, specific shots, day and time of the shoot, and location.

PHOTOSHOOT DAY
4. Time to shoot!
The day of the photoshoot is all about bringing our plan to life. We'll arrive at the agreed-upon location with our professional equipment, ready to capture the images that reflect your vision. Throughout the shoot, we'll provide direction, adjust lighting, and ensure we get the perfect shots.
AFTER THE SHOOT
5. Private Gallery
Within 2-4 days after the shoot, clients can choose their favourite photos from a private gallery, the photo-proofs appear with watermarks.
In accordance with your deliverables agreement, you will have the option of selecting a certain number of photos. If desired additional photos can be purchased.
6. Retouching & Delivery
The final digital photographs are retouched within 7-10 days, sent by email in high resolution/size, and in color.
Now it's time to scale your new content and use it on your company's content for your web page, social media, marketing, and so on!

Yes, without a doubt! Once I receive your booking payment, I will send you my exclusive booklet with the best make-up artists and hair stylists in the Netherlands. Many of them I have worked with in the past and I trust them to assist you in creating the perfect look for your boudoir session. Based on your final outfit selection, they help you select colors and styles.
Additional hours shooting
80€ for each additional 30 minutes of shooting (excl. VAT).
160€ for each additional 1 hour of shooting (excl. VAT).
Weekends or public holidays fee
We normally do not shoot on public holidays but there may be some exceptions. Weekends are our days off so we can maintain a good work-life balance and give our best for each shoot. Occasionally, we are happy to accommodate clients who cannot make it during the week, such as for events, commercial shoots, or private clients.
We are available Saturday or Sunday when it works best for the client, but it is recommended shooting early in the morning because there may be more people around in some locations. The “Weekend fee” will be added to your quote when choosing Saturday or Sunday.
Additional retouched photos
In the quote we calculate for your project, we will provide the price per photo. In general, the price range for this service might vary depending on the nature of the project, the size of the brand, the intended use of the photos, and the required professional retouching.
Rush service fee
On top of the photoshoot price, the 3 working days turnaround price is 260€ (excl. VAT).
Let us know in advance if you require a rush service fee so we can confirm our schedule will allow it at that time.
Travel fee
Extra fees may apply outside Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Hilversum.
