Before the shoot
1. Book your day & time
You can book directly with us if you want to skip the hassle of sending emails. Choose your desired package, then check our calendar and select your desired day and time.
If you can't find the date or time you prefer on our calendar, or you have questions or concerns, reach out to us through our contact form. We would try our best to accommodate your needs.
2. Client Portal
After booking, you'll receive an invoice and get exclusive access to your Client Portal where we'll collaborate and plan your fun and streamlined photoshoot. You'll receive all the preparation resources you need:

3. Time to shoot!
Our professional photographer will guide you through the process, helping you pose naturally and candidly. Prepare to have fun capturing these memories!
After the shoot
4. Private Gallery
Within 2-3 days after the shoot, clients can choose their favourite photos from a private gallery, the photo-proofs appear with watermarks.
In accordance with the package you have booked, you will have the option of selecting a certain number of photos. Additional photos can be purchased for 22€ each (VAT Excluded).
5. Retouching & Delivery
The final digital photographs are retouched within 4-7 days, sent by email in high resolution/size, and in color and black & white.

Weekends & Public Holidays
I typically do not schedule sessions on public holidays, though exceptions may occasionally be made depending on availability and project type.
Weekends are reserved to maintain a healthy work-life balance and ensure the highest quality for each session. However, I may accommodate weekend bookings for clients who are unable to schedule during weekdays.
Weekend sessions (Saturday and Sunday) include a 75€ surcharge (excluding VAT). This fee is automatically applied when selecting a weekend date in the booking calendar.
I recommend scheduling weekend sessions early in the morning to avoid crowds and ensure optimal lighting conditions, especially at popular locations.
Priority Retouching
An additional fee of 150€ (excluding VAT) applies for our 3-working-day turnaround service. Your edited images will be delivered within three business days once selections and payment are confirmed.
Kindly inform us before booking this option to ensure availability in our schedule.
Privacy Protection
For clients who require complete confidentiality, a privacy protection option is available for an additional 60€ (excluding VAT).
When selected, your images will remain private and will not be used for portfolio, social media, advertising, or any promotional purposes — online or offline. The photographer retains full copyright of the images but agrees not to publish or use them for marketing purposes.
Travel fee
Extra fees may apply outside Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Hilversum.

It is always a great idea to bring flowers, especially tulips! In the Netherlands, these are iconic and make stunning accessories for photos. You can also use a hat, jewellery, scarf, foulard, Amsterdam map, or vintage camera as props.
Best photo spots in Amsterdam
There are a lot of photogenic spots located in city centre where you can take breathtaking pictures of Amsterdam’s architecture, from hidden streets, beautiful bridges and docks with views of the majestic 17th century Dutch canal houses.
Here is a short list with some of the best photo spots in Amsterdam that you can use for your photoshoot:
Amsterdam canal houses
You can choose your favourite Amsterdam canal for your photographs, such as Brouwersgracht, Prinsengracht, Herengracht, or Singel canal.
Skinny bridge and Amstel river
Magere Brug, also known as Skinny Bridge or Love Lock Bridge, is the most famous bridge in the Dutch capital. Another nearby location to visit for more photos with a Parisian vibe can be found at the Blauwbrug and the docks at Amstel river.
Private canal boat photoshoot in Amsterdam
We have a partnership with private boat providers so that you can enjoy a canal cruise while having your photo session. There is a high demand for romantic boat photoshoots for couples, proposals, engagements, and weddings. By photographing from a canal cruise, you can obtain different perspectives than if you were taking pictures from the street.
The Red Light District
We highly recommend visiting the Red Light District at night. If you are wondering, it is unfortunately not possible to take photos in this street in Amsterdam. Keeping the sex workers’ privacy is important, but we can offer a stunning night photography experience where you can capture the city lights, Amsterdam night life and have cool photographs with red neon lights.
Other photo spots
It is also possible to shoot at the iconic Dam Square, Central Station, or at the famous Bloemenmarkt, however these locations are always crowded, we will be glad to suggest the best spots and times for you to shoot.
The Begijnhof and NDSM Wharf are other great photo locations that we can choose to visit for your shoot.
During winter season, there’s a cute street called the Nine Streets in Amsterdam, where you can get pictures with Christmas lights at night.
Indoor
Outdoor locations in Amsterdam are better for photos. However, you can also take some photos in a coffee place or terrace, there is nothing more fancy than enjoying a glass of wine next to a beautiful canal or a coffee. Inside your Client Portal you will find a booklet with indoor locations where we can shoot, such as coffee shops, hotels rooftops, etc.
